We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable applications. You will be part of a talented software team; will design and build new components and/or features, create automated tests and make sure the software lives up to our quality standards. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and product quality is essential.

Java developer qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development using Java
• Experienced with software development life cycle, design patterns, best practices
• Strong ability to debug, analyze and solve problems
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and a responsible team player
• Good level of English (both spoken and written)

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Solid experience developing applications using popular Java frameworks (Java EE / Spring / JPA)
• Proven experience applying OOP, design patterns, SOLID, etc.
• Experience designing and querying relational databases (MySQL, etc.)
• Experience with GIT/Subversion
• Experience implementing/using RESTful APIs
• Experience with unit and acceptance testing

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile Scrum
• Experience with Progress SQL would be a plus
