Dedicated Team

This is the preferred model for standard software products, which are developed in a continuous and ongoing process, as for software departments or critical applications.

If you choose the Dedicated Team option, the management will be performed by yourself. You instruct the developers directly and they act as part of your team. Eventually the selected candidates visit your offices (or you visit them) for a certain period to get acquainted.

Projectmanagement can be supported by our projectmanagement and communication tools. 

As the dedicated team after some time becomes knowledgeable about the customers’ targets, processes and standards, the communications overhead decreases, and the dedicated team can more and more work independent from frequent communications.

This is the utmost productive development model.
