What can I expect from development management?
Our lead developer are deployed for many different tasks. Sometimes for a development process, which is carried out entirely by the client, but mostly in combination with the deployment or construction of a nearshoring team. The deployment can take be from analysis to deployment and everything in between.

Frequently we get questions that are related to capacity, knowledge and managing peaks in production. In those cases, the is a (temporary) need for people who are hardly ever available in this market or at the worst conditions. For us, deploying our best people to development management is not just a matter of selling hours, but more a way to help companies further and show how a remote solution can make a significant contribution to solving certain problems. We therefore do not ask the highest rates for the deployment of these people, it is much more important that a good cooperation is established.
